Shariq Siddiqui has a JD from the McKinney School of Law at Indiana University and is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana. He also holds a BA in History from the University of Indianapolis and an MA in Philanthropic Studies from Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University, where he is currently a PhD candidate in Philanthropic Studies at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
Shariq comes to ARNOVA from his most recent role as the Director of Development, Indiana University School of Education, as well as an attorney affiliated with Saeed and Little nonprofit legal practice and as Associate Faculty, Indiana University School of Social Work and at the Lake Institute on Faith and Giving at the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Legal Services, Julian Center in Indianapolis; the Executive Director, Muslim Alliance of Indiana; Legal Intern, Office of General Counsel, Indiana Department of Homeland Security; Director, Special Projects, Islamic Society of North America; and Civil Rights Specialist, Indiana Civil Rights Commission. He has also taught at Butler University; and Indiana University Bloomington.
His recent volunteer service includes memberships in the: Muslim Alliance of Indiana Board; Circles Out of Poverty-Indiana Advisory Board; Global Interfaith Partnership Board; Heartland Pro Bono Council Board of Directors; Member, Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series; Indianapolis Bar Leadership Series Class; Interfaith Delegation to Kenya; Common Cause Interfaith Delegation to Vietnam on Agent Orange; and University of Indianapolis Alumni Association.
Rosalind Conners joined ARNOVA in the fall of 2011 as Member Services Coordinator. Previous to joining our staff, Rosalind worked for 8 years at The Fund Raising School at the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University as Administrative Assistant and Contract Programs Coordinator. Rosalind earned her B.A in Business Management and Human Resources from Marian University.

Mary Kate Myers is a contract employee who has served ARNOVA as our Meeting Manager since 2006. She is a graduate of Indiana University who came to us with extensive experience in the hospitality and event planning field. Mary Kate works for us primarily between May and November.
