Where and how will the ARNOVA Asia 2023 virtual conference happen?
The virtual conference will take place on a virtual event platform where you will be able to join live sessions and view on-demand sessions; network with other conference attendees; and schedule 1:1 appointments with other attendees. Registered attendees will be sent login information and will be able to join us from home, your office, or anywhere with a secure internet connection.

What time zone will be used for the ARNOVA Asia 2023 virtual conference?
Sessions will take place in Japan Standard Time. If you are joining from another time zone, you will be able to see the schedule in your local time zone after logging into the event platform.

When will I have access to the ARNOVA Asia 2023 virtual event platform?
All registrants will receive an email invitation from ARNOVA on June 30th.

How do I login to the virtual event platform?
If you have already registered, you will be able to log in here. You will need your first name, last name and the email address you used during the registration process. Once you complete this information, a verification code will be sent to your email. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you don't receive the code. If you shared your mobile number during the registration process, you may also receive a text message with the code. I am a presenter and I need to access my session to present, do I need to login in Zoom before accessing the ARNOVA Asia 2023 Virtual Conference?
You will receive an email with the zoom link to access your session. In case you don't receive the email, you will be able to see a button on the session that reads "Join session as speaker."

Where can I find the ARNOVA Asia 2023 Virtual Conference schedule?
After you login to the conference platform, you will see the menu item "Schedule" on the top bar. Hover over the option and click on the "All sessions" option. You will be able to select the sessions you would like to attend, and they will be added to your custom agenda.

I have registered, but I am unable to access the ARNOVA Asia 2023 Virtual Conference Platform. What can I do?
If you registered during the conference and you are unable to access the platform, please contact arnovaasia2023@gmail.com sharing your email registration or the confirmation page with your registration information.

Will sessions be recorded to access later?
Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the platform and any sessions for 30 days after the conference dates
